- Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee add Cumin seeds +cloves +bay leaf +cinnamon saute for a minute till they give fragrant add Ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minute on low flame.
- Add onion cashew paste+ chilli powder +Turmeric powder +Coriander powder +garam masala +salt and cook.
- Beat the curd in a bowl add in pan on low flame.mix well cook till tt begins to leave the pan. add 3/4 cup water.cook it till gravy thickens. Add salt and paneer cook it for about 3-4 minute on a low flame. Add kasuri methi.
- Transfer sahi paneer gravy into bowl.garnish with some cream and serve with STEAMED rice.
