- 3 tsp salt

- Wash and soak sabudana for 6 - 8 hours in just enough water to cover the sabudana. It is best to soak it at night so that it can be used in the morning.
- Now steam sabudana in a steamer for 15 minutes.
- Boil potatoes. Peel and grate it. Add ginger paste, green chilli paste, cumin, salt and lemon juice to it. Now add sabudana to it and mix everything very well.
- Now fill the mixture in the chakri machine and make long stripes on a big plastic or cotton cloth. Use all the mixture in the same way. Let it dry in the sun for 2 to 3 days. You can even dry it under the fan for a whole day and then put it in the sun for one or two days. When it is completely dry, store it in an airtight container.
- Fry it in hot oil. Serve it with tea or coffee as a snack.
