- 1/2 cup Sago
- 1/2 cup Curd
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pckt Eno
- ♈ For Stuffing :
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 3-4 Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Ginger-chili paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Cashew pieces
- 1 tbsp Dried grapes
- 1 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- 3 nos Boiled Potatoes
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
- 2 tbsp Dedicated coconut
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1 cup Farali mixer
Steps to make to make Farali Dabeli
- First prepare the powder form of sama and sago in a mixer, take it out in a bowl, add curd and water and stir it well. Then add salt, oil and eno and mix it again well.
- Now, start heating the water in the steamer. Then, grease small bowls with oil and fill it with prepared better. Once the water is hot, put these bowls in it, cover with a lid and boil for 10mins. The "Pav" is ready.
- Now, heat the ghee in a pan, mix the stuffing material and take it out in a dish and press it lightly, then garnish with peanuts, coconut and coriander and press it again lightly.
- Now, make two equal parts from the middle of the Pav, apply green chtuney on one part of the Pav, put the stuffed pudding and press lightly. Then apply the sweet chutney on the other side of Pav and place it on top of the stuffing.
- Now, heat ghee in a pan and fry the dabeli on both sides till both sides turn pink. Then wrap the farali mixer on round sided border of the dabeli and serve hot with Sweet & Green Chutney.
