  7. Roll out small round shapes(pooris) from the dough,add the stuffing in centre. Close the poori from all sides and pinch it at the top.

  9. Fill a pot with water and get it to a rolling boil. Keep the sieve on this pot and cover it.
  10. Let the modaks get steamed for about 15 minutes.
  11. Take them out of the steam and now they are ready to be served!
