- Break the lumps and make a soft shape.
- At the bottom in steamer put water for boiling.Greace a plate with oil and put all the shaped khichu in steamer.
- Cover the steamer and cook it until rice flour are cooked completely around 35 minutes in low-medium flame.
- And it turns out light yellow color. And khichu or papadi no lot is ready enjoy it with peanut oil and pickle masala.
