Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Tandoori chicken masala:
- 300 gms boneless chicken
- Marination
- 3 tbs tandoori masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbs yogurt
- Oil
- For cooking
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 large onion thick slices
- 1 capsicum thick slices
- 2 tbs yogurt
- 1 tomato thick slices
- Coriander for garnishing
Steps to make to make Tandoori chicken masala
- Cut chicken into 1by 1 cubes. Add tandoori masala, salt, chilli powder and yogurt.
- Drizzle some oil and marinate for 15-20 mins. Pour oil in pot and transfer marinated chicken in it. Cover it for 10 mins and let it cook.
- Uncover it and add onion, tomato and capsicum.
- Pour whipped yogurt on the top and cover it. Steam it for 10-15 mins. Then uncover and mix it.
- Dish put and garnish with coriander. Enjoy your jhatphat chicken with naan. 😋
