- For dough:Take a bowl,add maida,salt and water.Mix it well.Knead them.Grease the palm with oil and knead the dough properly.Rest for 15 minutes.Make small balls.Roll it with the help of rolling pin.Fill it with the stuffing.Momos is ready to steam.
- Steam the momos for 15 minutes in low flame. Steamed momos is ready to serve with momos Chutney.
